Farmer Nathan pops the question

Three marriages, two engagements and a baby -and another engagement for Farmer wants a Wife.

Another wedding is in the air for The Farmer Wants a Wife.

Farmer Nathan McClymont, from Western Australia, last night proposed to Amanda Ecker, who accepted.

“I’m seriously in love,” McClymont has said.

“It’s been surreal, the whole experience. She’s gorgeous and funny. She’s very laid back and affectionate.”

Ecker said,”I can’t imagine him not being in my life now.”

How thoughtful of him to time it for the finale.

Farmer Charlie is also reported to be still seeing Alison Jones.

After five seasons, the show has produced three marriages, two engagements and a baby.

That’s a pretty good hit rate for any dating show.

Casting is under way for season six, which will begin filming in November.

  1. “After five seasons, the show has produced three marriages, two engagements and a baby.” – don’t wish to appear cynical but how many of them are still together after the camera lights have dimmed?
