Newer UK comedies on 7TWO have been bumped by…. older UK comedies.

On Tuesday October 18 Keeping Up Appearances and Porridge will air at 8:45pm and 9:25pm, pushing Benidorm to 10pm and Not Going Out to 10:30pm.

The Sopranos repeats will air at 11:10pm and The Professionals at 12:10am.

Out of schedulea are Louis Theroux repeats.

Please note they play at usual times next Tuesday.

  1. Benidorm was the funniest show on TV. I convinced a lot of people to watch it who also thought it was great.
    Surely 72 can fit it back in their schedule again, or put it on 7mate.

  2. I caught Benidorm on UKTV

    it’s such a great show!!!! It seemed it wasn’t given a chance when 7 aired it intially, but it is brilliant and grows on you. Each season has also improved on the other! can’t wait for the next one!

  3. @ J Bar – If you didn’t know, Not Going Out S2 has been out on DVD for a long time now. I watched all 7 episodes and the Christmas Special earlier in the year.

  5. Not Going Out is a brilliant show but having it start at the odd time of 9.15pm and clashing with packed to the Rafters meant that I’ve missed the start of every episode of season 2 and only manged to catch the end of the third episode. Seven shouldn’t be putting comedies up against PTTR.

  7. Might have been changed as Family Guy on 7 mate was on at the same time and they didn’t want the same younger audience watching two younger skewing shows.

    Or that old content rates better .

    At least they haven’t cancelled these 2 shows (Benidorm and Not Going Out)

    Thank goodness for my PVR.

    And I thought 7’s schedules would remain stable….. and it was only Nine mucking about.
