Seven has already aired the finale of Season Five, but before she crossed over, the star took a 17-minute tour of the set for the cameras.

Predictably there are copies up on YouTube now, just do a search “Jennifer Love Hewitt tour of Ghost Whisperer”, it’s in 2 parts about 8 1/2 minutes long each.
I found the copy on syfy but still stops at about 11:10 to go :(
