US drama Sons of Anarchy has been picked up for a fourth season.
The FX network has placed a 13-episode order for the show to return.
The news comes as no surprise given it ranks as the highest-rated series ever for FX, averaging 4.9 million viewers.
Creator Kurt Sutter cheekily tweeted, “Picked up for season 4 motherf—ers!!!! Thanks to FX for the early pickup.”
The show, which features Charlie Hunnam, Ron Perlman and Katey Sagal, airs in Australia on Showcase.
