  1. @Kylie, i don’t yet have a PVR, but they sound great must look into it, after I can afford one of those new fangled plasma tvs. Also I guess most people just arn’t that organised.

  2. @ kylie i know what you mean. for eg i didn’t like House late Sunday night so taped it and watched it mid week, problem solved.

@ brad CSI has been on thursday nights before a couple of years ago iirc. it’s not the powerhouse it once was so thursday night is probably the best slot and it suits me.

  3. I’ve always wondered what the big deal is about what day and what time a show you love is on – If you love a show, wouldn’t you watch it whenever it was on and record it if it was on at a time you couldn’t so you don’t miss it?

Especially in these days of PVR’s – I rarely watch anything ‘live’ now as by waiting 30 minutes after it starts, you can miss all the ads and still finish watching at the same time as it was due to finish.

If people prefer to watch CSI on Sundays, record it on thursdays and watch it Sunday. Seems simple to me!

  4. So CSI is gradually being moved out of its traditional primetime slot of 8:30 Sunday to a later slot on Thursday. I assume Ch. 7 will be wrapped as they return Bones with little competition.

I thought CSI improved last season after a disappointing 2009 (Fishburne’s first season). It seems it is now destined to die the same slow death Ch.9 meated out to ER. Why not just put it on at a decent time on Go or Gem and save us all the pain?
