Season Two of Shatner’s Raw Nerve returns to the Bio Channel later this month.
The former Star Trek and Boston Legal legend gets up close and personal with a range of US celebs for fireside chats.
First guest is Gene Simmons.
Also coming are Meatloaf, Weird Al and Henry Winkler (that last one should be pretty good given both are veteran TV actors).
The season begins in the US this weekend, so the turnaround is pretty good.
Emmy Award winner William Shatne ris one of America’s most beloved and versatile stars. Shatner is well known as a sharp intellect and witty raconteur. Shatner’s Raw Nerve is his own edgy and off-beat celebrity interview series, showcasing his unique sensibility, from the satirical to the sublime to the serious. The show captures intriguing people at their most unexpected.

Did you know Star Trek (TOS) will be on GO! at 16.29 today (Sunday 17 October 2010) according to the EPG in Melbourne?

I sampled the first series – really enjoyed the Fran Drescher and Judy Scheindlin eps. Jerry Springer I was dubious about – but then…. Shatner is a fascinating character himself!
If i had Foxtel i would certainly be looking forward to this. Hopefully it comes to free to air soon.
Sorry to be nit picking but the viewing this weekend is of a marathon because I am pretty sure they already premiered it in the usa last year.
