I think the person who told paltrow, that she could sing. Should be charged with terrorism. And Fox news? Sadly, it’s the most balanced news channel in the us.
I saw this on ABC2. I thought the change to that other obscenity “Fox News” worked great. Very funny and sooooo appropriate.
You can watch the uncensored version of F*** You on the Colbert Nation website.
The song is pretty good except I can’t understand a single word Cee Lo Green is singing!
I don’t know Jason D. It does have a very catchy hook.
And, correcting what I was referring to in my earlier comment, it was the intro not the chorus, and it wasn’t strictly acapella, just with bare instrumentation.
It didn’t even change the meaning of the song!
“F**k You” is one of those lame novelty swearing songs that wouldn’t be popular if the F word wasn’t included in the lyrics several times.
It’s was great and a good ending to the show!!
Hilarious.
“F*** You” vs “Fox News” – which is the greater obscenity again?
Saw this last night on ABC2. He used “Fox News” for the acapella first chorus and then switched to “Forget you”. Funny how he supposedly couldn’t say “F#ck” in the song but Colbert dropped the F-word (bleeped) at least 5 times. I guess that they didn’t want the bleep intruding over the song.
