The Pacific wins at Critic’s Choice Awards

The Pacific was voted Best Picture Made for Television at the Broadcast Critic’s Choice Awards in the US yesterday.

The sprawling miniseries beat out Temple Grandin and You Don’t Know Jack.

It was the sole Television award at the movie awards ceremony.

But that was the good news for Australia after actors Jacki Weaver, Geoffrey Rush, Nicole Kidman, & Kodi Smit-McPhee all lucked out.
