SKY News has signed former Labor minister Graham Richardson to his own weekly show, Richo.
The live, hour-long program will be mostly about politics, with some business and sport, featuring interviews and panel discussions.
“We’ll take people on a tour of the corridors of power and the back rooms and let them know what’s really happening. Show ’em the art of politics, warts and all,” Richardson tells The Australian. “It’ll be fun.”
Richardson, who is still signed as a political commentator for Seven, previously worked for Nine.
It begins on SKY News from 7.30pm Wednesday February 23.

@ Alex Andrew – but what then would the ABC call itself?
Sky News should be rebranded the Labor Party Channel.
The concept of the show sounds fine (I like him too), but that’s a rubbish program title. Is Sky News going for the bogan factor?
Yes, will be a lopsided show. Perhaps Richo can do an indepth analysis of his business experience, the good, the bad and the ugly
…oh but Richo will be on Sky so I might give it a go.
I don’t watch channel 7 anymore, so I won’t be watching. Channel Sleaze can go to hell/
I have my own show! How cool is this
Replacing Ray Hadley perhaps…
They get rid of right leaning Hadley to sign left leaning Richo? The Australia Network contract must be coming up soon… 😛
Sky News is turning more Labor loving than it already was. Even Paul Murray seems to be a Labor lover this year. Is something going on behind the scenes?
