Glenn Close to play SuBo?

Damages star Glenn Close will reportedly play Susan Boyle in a biopic of her life.

A source tells the newspaper: “The film is full steam ahead now the leading role is sorted. It was always going to be a tricky one to cast.

“SuBo’s incredible story is so well-known across the planet that the film is bound to go down a storm.”

Boyle’s appearance on Britain’s Got Talent singing “I Dreamed a Dream” made her an overnight sensation, despite not winning the contest. She has since sold millions of CDs worldwide but her fragile state has raised questions about her ability to cope with the trappings of fame.
