In April Channel [V] will air a secret Sydney performance by the Foo Fighters.
The secret Sydney Harbour location will take place at sunset on Thursday 24 March.
Foo Fighters Wasting Light on the Harbour will feature songs from the new album, Wasting Light, ahead of its release on April 8th. It will be the first time in the world that their new material is televised and broadcast.
It will also include a simulcast on the Triple M Network.
Tickets can be won through Channel [V] and Triple M.
It airs on Channel [V] and the Triple M Network Saturday 2 April at 11.00am and is replayed on MAXÂ at 8.30pm.

I didn’t think MTV showed music anymore?!? I’ll just look for the video online…
This would have been awesome if Video Hits got the premier but at least Australian audiences will get to see it. The Foo Fighters are still a great band.
MTV International has secured the world premiere of the first single, ‘Rope’, from Foo Fighters forthcoming seventh album Wasting Light. MTV Australia is part of this exclusive and will be airing the video for the first time this Friday 11 March at 4pm AEDT.
