Donald Trump wants Obama to show birth certificate

Apprentice boss and avowed Republican Donald Trump has called on Barack Obama to “show his birth certificate” during an interview on The View.

Trump argued with the hosts of the show that the US President wasn’t born in the US and is “hiding something” on his birth certificate.

But Whoopi Goldberg insisted, “It’s the biggest pile of dog mess I’ve heard in ages!”

“It’s not because he’s black, is it? I’ve never heard of any white president who had to show his birth certificate. That’s BS!”

Trump plans to make his decision on whether he’ll run for the Presidency in June.

  1. I wish that you people would do some research on this man that we are forced to call President. Read about the people that he hung out with while working in IL. Look at his policies and there effect on our economy and jobs. Don’t listen to the Main Stream Media and their take. Don’t listen to members of this President’s administration. Do the research yourself!!!! There are many people in this country that do not believe in the principles that our country was founded on. They will lie and decieve to accomplish a socially just country. Listen to what they say and do. If you do some research on what is being discussed and not listen to the lunacy coming from the ladies of The View. You will find that a natural born citizen is born in the U.S. or is born of two U.S citizens outside of the U.S. Wheras it is believed the Barry was not born in the U.S. but in Kenya. Also, in HI at the time a person born outside the US to a citizen of HI could get a certificate of Live Birth from the State of HI. This is what people want an answer to. Is Barrak a US citizen or not. If not for us but for our soldiers who are being ordered into battle by a man that noone knows. If you want probable cause: The man has spent over $1,000,000.00 fighting against having his actual birth certificate released. As a US citizen stand up and say that you will not be lied to and taken advantage of any longer. Demand that this guy show his long form Birth Certificate. Oh and P.S. the address on the COLB is incorrect. Again please check the facts by doing research on your own.

      The story is not about whether he was or wasn’t born in America. The story is about the way Trump behaved on The View.

The main-stream press has always called the people who have believed that there is a problem involving this investigation as radicals and has named them “birthers and conspiracy theorists.” No answers have been provided to this question that many are now asking? Why would a natural born US Citizen spend over One Million Dollars to avoid proving they are a natural born US Citizen? If he is a citizen, why not just show the $15.00 dollar long form? In other words, Why has Barry Soetoro, (Barack Obama’s real name), hired numerous law firms and spent upwards of a million dollars trying to keep an official, Any official, from seeing a $15 birth certificate, his passport records and his college transcripts? Forget the birth certificate for a second, why are his lawyers also hiding his passport records and his college transcrips? Something is wrong.

  5. @boganpride – you should know better than that. Not only is there no evidence to support this or any of the other bizarre conspiracy theories surrounding Obama, there is plenty of evidence against it. It does you no credit at all to be repeating what you have read written by uninformed or unwell people in forums or whatever.

    • the certificate does have a raised seal, as reported by those who have actually handled and examined it. Internet sleuthing by looking at a compressed scanned image doesn’t compare.
    • It is signed on the back by the Hawaii state registrar. That is also the source of the 2007 bleeding thru. This is when he released the certification which has nothing to do with when Obama released the scanned image.
    • The halo around the letters is a standard compression artifact from the conversion of the image to jpg, either during the scan or after for uploading to the internet.
    •The certificate number is 151 1961-010641. I don’t know why you think that blanking it out in the jpg means that it isn’t real.

    There’s more, like the fact that his birth was announced in the Honolulu Advertiser on 13 August 1961 (copies exist) but if you are really interested in seeking the truth, you’ll spend the less than 30 minutes necessary to check things properly instead of uncritically accepting crack-pot theories.

  7. @goonies, this website puts all that speculation to rest. His Certificate of Birth is authentic, no question about it. Info and close up photos of the certificate number, raised seal, etc of Obama’s birth certificate here.

    • The birth certificate doesn’t have a raised seal.
    • It isn’t signed.
    • No creases from folding are evident in the scanned version.
    • In the zoomed-in view, there’s a strange halo around the letters.
    • The certificate number is blacked out.
    • The date bleeding through from the back seems to say “2007,” but the document wasn’t released until 2008.
    • The document is a “certification of birth,” not a “certificate of birth.”

    The issue about it being a fake is even mentioned on snopes. Personally i don’t care if he is or isn’t a citizen, it makes no difference to me. I am just saying as it appears to me is all/

    He would still be born an American citizen regardless of where he is born, because of his mother. So this “debate” is beyond pointless.

    No…It doesn;t matter. Yes he could claim duel citizenship. But they still wouldn’t be allowed to run for president.
