LA police removed two sons from Charlie Sheen’s house following a temporary restraining order issued at the behest of Brooke Mueller.
A judge has prohibited Sheen from going near her and ordered him to surrender their twin boys, Bob and Max, while the TRO remains in effect.
Mueller alleges Sheen had threatened her, saying “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.”
She also alleges that as recently as February 23rd Sheen threw a phone inside his house and then with a penknife in hand, threatened to stick it in Mueller’s eye.
But Mueller is herself staying in a treatment facility for substance abuse. She will see the 2 boys for around 4 hours a day and her mother will provide additional care.
TMZ reports Sheen’s team plans to go to court in an attempt to undo the TRO.
Appearing on the Today show, Sheen sent Mueller a message: “I’m sorry you felt this had to be done in this way, but this does not display any responsible parenting.”
Meanwhile CBS CEO Les Moonves said not having new episodes around “is actually a gainer for us.” He explained that since the Two and a Half Men repeats perform quite well, producing eight fewer episodes this season saves the network “quite a bit of money.”
He also indicated that he hopes to see the show make a return.

But having live-in porn stars handle your children is good parenting?
I know that Brook Mueller is in rehab for substance abuse and that is admirable, its alot better then charlie sheens parenting. He shouldnt be critquing anyone when parenting is conserned he has not done a good job at all in some cases its a mirracle these boys are still alive. So before he has ago at anyone else and their parenting style he should fix his own debarcle of a marriage and parenting.
What a funny old fella is Charlie He gets in all matters of Strife.
The Old Humphrey Bear theme from 1970 to 1996 should be reinvited for This Man but with some rewording.
