Last airing in 2009, Nine’s series about disastrous holidays will finally return to finish off its unaired series.
Now set to screen on GEM, Trouble in Paradise is back at 8:30pm on Wednesday March 16th.
With its mix of witness accounts and re-enactments, has a similar feel to Pay TV’s Banged Up Abroad. The show had 6 episodes produced by Mason Media Group (The Mole, Who Dares Wins). Only three aired in 2009.
Episodes 4-6 will now screen on GEM.

Once again Nine proves’ it simply cannot be trusted. Despite announcing the intention to broadcast the remaining 3 episodes of Trouble in Paradise, they have again reneged.
Yes they did show episode 4 on the 16th, then advertised on their online guide that episode 5 would be broadcast tonight. But now there’s no further mention of the show anywhere.
Instead we are being offered tonight and next Wednesday repeats of The Closer.
Way to promote brand loyalty Nine, Not!.
From memory there was an Amendment to advise it had been pulled.
Excellent news, I really enjoyed this series when it first aired, and was very disappointed Nine didn’t screen the remaining episodes! I wish they would repeat it from the beginning though, the first 2 episodes were very tense, edge of your seat stuff!!
So they’re not going to repeat the first 3 episodes?
So there is still a chance for the remaining US Who Do You Think You Are?
Why hasn’t GEM aired the NBC series in full, or started with S2?
