Former Neighbours and McLeod’s Daughters hunk Brett Tucker has been cast in David E. Kelley’s reboot of Wonder Woman.
He will be joining Adrianne Palicki, Cary Elwes and Elizabeth Hurley in the new remake.
Tucker has been trying his hand in the US for some time, but it isn’t clear whether he has been cast in the major role of Steve Trevor or another role.
Meanwhile the costume for the title character has reportedly undergone some changes after negative feedback from Wonder Woman fans.

Talk about typecast…
This show won’t last….Lynda Carter is a hard act to follow…..
The image looks odd to me. She looks serious. I think its good to see that more Australians are finding there way on to American Tv.
I hope the costume change would see wonder woman in the traditional bare leg costume. If so, I definitely give this show a look.
Next I’d like to see a new series of the Greatest American Hero!
Apparently some actor from the Knight Rider reboot is Steve Trevor, even though Brett Tucker seems like a much better choice for the role.
If he’s not Steve Trevor (and since the other lead male characters of Ed Indelicato and Henry Demeter have already been cast), then I hope they’ve added Tom Tresser to the pilot script that was leaked and (negatively) reviewed.
I also like the changes to the Wonder Woman costume, but it still seems really inconsistent. Practical low-heeled boots, but she’s still running around fighting crime in a strapless bustier? And what looks like a fairly sensible fabric for the pants, yet she’s still in a cheap latex/pleather looking top? The “metal” breastplate, belt and bracelets still don’t look very metallic either.
