Seven has now extended its 90 minute Grand Final for My Kitchen Rules by an extra 15 minutes tomorrow night.
The show is now set to end at 9:15pm (and that’s presuming it starts on time).
Detroit 1-8-7 is now scheduled for 9:15pm.
Later programmes will also bump by 15 minutes.

holmes182 Do you watch Home and Away?
Also, if one of your relatives were to appear on Amazing Race Australia, would you be watching?
Do you like Karl Stefanovic?
I recorded this on play tv on the ps3. Set the buffer to run 10 minutes over. Just as they were about to give the scores for Kane & Lee, the recording finished. Dammit!!! Will be boycotting channel 7 from now on. Am sick of this happening.
Just checked the Austar online guides (which include FTA) and it’s listed for 9:26 right now, why not just make it 9:30 and be done with it?
Thats why i tape it on the PVR and FF all the ads , much easier and less painful.
I don’t care what time it finishes, but it is obvious they are extending it so they can fit in more adds.
AT leats they informed us of this change. Last night they were 13 minutes late! If I was this late to work I would have been sacked by being this late all the time!
I am confident it will finish closer to 9-30pm, who wouldn’t be.
Just checked my EPG and it’s saying it will finish at 9.26pm. Given they already added 15 minutes on where does the extra 11 minutes come from. I’m guessing Detroit 1-8-7 may have some artificially inflated numbers on Thursday morning.
don’t care for the grand final of MKR.Will be tuning into Mike and molly over at 9 when I get home from work a little after 8 and the special adults only 2.5 men.
Just saw an ad (during W&L) and it still has 9pm as the start time.
I meant didn’t.
Why did they go for the realistic 9.30 – 9.35pm time? So I agree with you MillerT1.
I’m betting Detroit 1-8-7 will start closer to 9:30 than 9:15, I’ll extended the recording time on my PVR.
Thanks for the warning David.
It won’t be 9:15 finish time. They may as well make it two hours.
No wonder I never watch 7 these days!
