Tania Zaetta yesterda pleaded not guilty to obstructing police and causing a public nuisance.

Former Who Dares Wins co-host Tania Zaetta briefly faced the Southport Magistrates Court yesterday where she pleaded not guilty to obstructing police and causing a public nuisance.

Zaetta was arrested at a Surfers Paradise nightclub in the early hours of March 21st.

“I’m looking forward to proving my innocence and also looking forward to clearing my name and proving there’s no wrongdoing here at all,” she told media outside the court.

“As far as myself and my family are concerned, there’s been some very hurtful and misleading and false and incorrect reports in the media and I also look forward to correcting those.”

Byron Bay-based lawyer John Weller said he had obtained security footage which he was confident would help clear his client.

He intends to view a second CCTV footage with prosecutors, before the case returns to court on May 9.
