Charges against Tania Zaetta dropped

Charges of obstructing police and causing a public nuisance against Tania Zaetta are dropped.

Police charges against performer Tania Zaetta have been dropped.

In April she pleaded not guilty to obstructing police and causing a public nuisance, after an in a Surfers Paradise nightclub on March 21.

“Naturally I’m annoyed at being charged at all when the incident itself was unwarranted, waiting by myself on a public footpath to be collected by a friend,”  she told the Daily Telegraph.

“I can now get back to continuing to promote Australia as a great destination for Indian tourists and students and focus on a new exciting Australian film I’ll be starting in Melbourne in the next few weeks.”

This is the second time Zaetta has been in the spotlight only to see her name cleared. In 2009 she won payout from News Limited after it implied she had sex with soldiers during an entertainer’s tour of Afghanistan. It was later found to be untrue. She also received compensation from the Defence Force .

  1. There a million pic of Tania all over internet. Why do you use a pic from like 20 years ago. Would be great to see more recent ones of her on your site.
    She’s huge in india and I like her Bollywood movies very much. Even I have bigger collection of her images than you it seems.
