Last week SBS began the lifestyle series Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece, which features the late Blair Milan, who tragically passed away in April.

In this 7 part series  food and wine personality, Lyndey Milan embarked on an epic journey of Greece’s fascinating Peloponnese with her actor son, Blair. Together they explored culinary delights,  ancient sites, and immersed themselves in Peloponnesian culture.

Episode 2: Corinth
In the second episode, Lyndey and Blair travel to Corinth, where lunch is eaten overlooking Ancient Corinth. At the Loutraki Thermal Spa, they separate – Blair swims in thermal waters while Lyndey relaxes with a soothing massage.

Later, at the Gaia Winery, Lyndey and Blair learn about the native grape vines with winemaker Yiannis Paraskevopoulos and Lyndey gets to cook goat. Mother and son both get to perform at the ancient amphitheatre of Epidavros. A visit to the local market sees Lyndey with armfuls of squid, barbounia and sea bass, which she cooks at sunset on Vivari Beach for the crew.

It airs Thursday, 2 June at 8.00pm on SBS ONE.

  1. @Armchair Analyst,So all the old classics with John Wayne,Carey Grant etc. have a question mark over them.
    Acute myeloid leukaemia was diagnosed after Dental surgery and the poor young fellow died within days,very tragic indeed.
    Warnings usually are given for the Aboriginal community if one of their own is deceased but otherwise that is a truly bizarre question.

  2. I Have seen his mother on fresh in the last decade havent heard of her son.I didnt know he had died, when was it?
    David what are the rules on airing shows which contained deceased people?
