As expected, Seven is returning Bones and Castle to Sundays from this coming Sunday.

As expected, Seven is returning Bones and Castle to Sundays from this coming Sunday, July 24th.

Both have new episodes.

Bones will air at 8:40pm, against The Renovators and Panic at Rock Island.

“The Killer In The Crosshairs”
After notoriously murdering ‘The Gravedigger’, Jacob Broadsky has his eyes on another victim: a prior suspect who escaped the justice system. More determined than ever to catch Broadsky, Booth uses his military training to beat the sniper at his own game. Will Booth catch Broadsky before he can strike again? Meanwhile, Angela’s father visits the Jeffersonian and insists on naming his unborn grandchild.

Castle follows at 9:40pm with a double episode.

During the high-profile trial of a murdered socialite, a juror suddenly tumbles out of the jury box dead. Then, as Castle contemplates how to fix his relationship with Beckett… and finish writing his book, the pair is drawn back together to investigate the murder of a dead man found tangled in tree limbs. .

These eps include screenwriter Stephen J. Cannell (The Rockford Files, The Greatest American Hero, The A-Team, Wiseguy, 21 Jump Street) and author Michael Connelly.

  1. So they have all those repeats of Castle only to rush two episodes out together when they finally stop the repeats?!? I don’t mind if the a double episode is a two parter joined together. Otherwise I don’t want it. I probably will flick over.

  2. With regards to the appearance by Stephen J. Cannell. He passed away soon after his appearance in Castle. This is the 2nd author to NLSTP along with the author of Jesse Stone / Spenser for Hire novels – Robert B. Parker.

    Now that we have James Patterson and Michael Connelly remaining as the poker players, I wonder how long they have…
