Renovation continues to dominate TV schedules with Nine airing a 90 minute Top Design special tomorrow night.
It will follow a half hour episode of The Block, totalling two hours of renos on Nine, added to 70 minutes of The Renovators on TEN. And it’s not even the weekend….
Top Design will feature a three challenges and an elimination twist.
Jamie raises the stakes for his “bunch of superstars”, and has an even bigger twist up his sleeve.
In the first challenge, Jamie takes the remaining eight contestants “outdoors” for a transformation close to his heart.
The results are amazing but it’s only the first part of a three part challenge.
Later, Jamie and the judges reveal the prize has been increased, but there’s a trade off with a twist that will blow the contestants away.

With $100,000 and the title of Top Design at stake, this series celebrates the most daring and dazzling ideas.
It airs Wednesday, July 27, at 7.30pm on Nine.

Yes this show is as bad as they say. Do not watch. You may feel the urge to claw your eyeballs out to plug your ears.
by far the worst of the ‘realities’ on offer. The casting is woeful as Durie attempts to high brow design.
Big night with a big twist!
Elimination?? Shows how little interest I had in this show. I thought it was like Better Homes & Gardens and showed design and renovation stuff for ya house. Didn’t know it was a reality contest.
