MTV’s The Hard Times of R.J. Berger will not be renewed for a third season.
The comedy, which starred Paul Iacono as a well-endowed high school student, had been trumpeted by MTV as evidence that the network was attempting to “nurture a range of new scripted series for the network’s millennial audience.”
It helped pave the way for scripted fare on the network, including Teen Wolf, Skins and Awkward.
Season Two is currently airing in Australia 9:30pm Tuesdays on MTV.

Well that’s a shame. It’s one of those (hidden) shows (like My Life as Liz) not too many people watch.
No loss at all.

One of the funniest new comedies of the past few years, such a shame it didn’t get the chance it should have.
