This does not bode well for Lights Out and Terriers…
Well, in my mind it is good to see it still on the schedule what does it matter if it is on another channel. Isn’t that what multi channels are all about. I very rarely watch any “main” channels any more because of the in my opinion poor shows.
What has happened to “The Bill” advertised as twice a week but never seen.
That saying I am enjoying William and Mary and I caught up with “Suits”last night, advertised wrongly of course supposed to start at 9.40 which it did supposed to finish at 11.00 not 11.37.
It is up to us viewers to start complaining about ads, when they de regulated the commercial TV industry it was supposed to increase competition and less ads, hmmmm I don’t think so , only more. Community radio is still limited to five minutes of sponsorship per hour, why cant TV and Commercial radio be the same !
Yay! re Breakout Kings update. Lets hope they stay with it though the 13 eps, and kick off Season 2 down the track sometime also.
onetel…ten… opps my bad
Would rather see Biggest Loser moved to ONE I reckon that fits in more with what ONE is/was/are trying to do and put Blue Bloods, Breakout Kings and The Defenders on Saturday night on ELEVEN.
about the Update – late friday nights isn’t good enough!! Defenders should get that slot!!
I think someone from Ten must read TV Tonight !
Put simply there is nothing worth watching on TEN or ONE. You have to wonder if it’s better to simply turn off the lights and shut the joint down. How David Mott still has a job is beyond me. He’s had more (expensive) failures then successes. Any show TEN has attempted with ‘The’ in the title has failed – The Hothouse, The Resort (remember that?), The Renovators. Thankfully MC and Big Brother worked for him but I guess if you throw enough mud at a wall, some of it has to stick right? TEN is a sinking ship right now. They’re too blinded by their own B.S that they keep thinking they’re going to change viewer behaviours.
What ? Lets replace a currently running show with one that has been cancelled.
Those clever programming geniuses at Ten/One have done it again
Another spectacular move hot on the heels of that enticing Burn Notice carrot
How do they do it ?? It’s just brilliant out of the box thinking!
These guys are not paid enough for the level of creative thinking that they just keep showing us week after week.
Having said that.. I’m off to find Breakout Kings
I thought TEN was going to have three distinct channels – but now ONE is the dumping ground for failed TEN shows… ONE is getting worse and worse by the week…
@Craig I like the guys night especially if Blue Bloods was added to the line up
tottally agree @Vinny White collar would be great also!!!
Well that’s a dumb move. I was enjoying Breakout kings. Won’t watch the replacement. One should have stuck with there schedule, there is plenty of other times to have sloted the crap in.
Aaaargh! First they kill Judge Judy and now they knock off Breakout Kings. I foolishly thought that One was better then Ten. Never going to make that mistake again.
Isn’t FTA tele fun 😆
Why don’t they have a ‘guys’ night on ONE with Burn Notice, Breakout Kings and The Defenders, in that order. All in HD from 7:30pm it would be fantastic!
and with that goes another pre-Murdoch Ten strategy… “what goes on Ten, stays on Ten”…? Not any more it seems
I knew I shouldn’t have bothered watching Breakout Kings on ONE. This is why i don’t watch shows on tv anymore.
Thanks David, am looking forward to still being able to see the show every week! 😀
I so like The Defenders….I will try one more time….and see if they play out the last 7 episodes…..(or are they starting from scratch again?!?)
But I am now very wary of series!
Sorry forgot to add White Collar to that paragraph as well which would be another good show for One.
a very dumb move by both One and Ten!! surley they could have found a spot for it on Ones un-busy schedule? like in one of their Cops timeslots? its not like Defenders is gonna do any better on One in that slot. and why bother moving it to another channel, just bump Defenders to a late night timeslot or something.
god, network programmers are so dumb sometimes!!
One should also play out the final episodes of Medium as well as Blue Bloods (which I think is still going in the US (Not cancelled) .
Does anyone agree ?
@Aimee Eddie – Burn Notice is also going to One (Not sure if repeats or new) .Monday August 29th at 8:30pm
It will soon be going in the slot that 24 is currently in and 24 is bumped to 10.30pm.
What! I was enjoying Breakout Kings.
Since TEN is dropping The Defenders, how about replacing it with Burn Notice instead of repeats of NCIS.
And that’s too bad about The Defenders because I thought it was a good show.
Note to self : Never get attached to a show on TEN or ONe
One week it there and next week it gone
