Good scoop. I must admit Sandy has to come back to 7, because 10 is no longer the FTA alternative. The suggested info, means they don’t have to find anyone and poach most of the now finished team from TEN. I also wonder why AFL / NRL always draws a debate as to National airings. Networks have their reasons and some are acceptable and can be lived with, whilst on the other hand some rules make you go, why oh why!
I’ll be at the parade today, seeing as I’m an avid Cats supporter. I’ll also pop into Sunrise @ Fed Square.

  2. @7Melbourneinsidr, nice scoop. Good to see Sandy back calling games, never thought Hamish would cut it ut caught him a couple of times on the radio this year and he’s ok. Shame we’ll be subjected to Taylor though, he is an ordinary play by play caller at best.

  4. yourtv.com.au guide for sydney says the AFL Grand Final Parade will be screened on 7mate LIVE from 12pm-1pm.

I think the same applies for viewers in the Northern NSW and Southern NSW/ ACT regional markets (Newcastle,Tamworth, Northern Rivers, Gold Coast, Wolllongong/South Coast, Orange/Dubbo, Wagga, Griiffith and Canberra)……

Iam guessing regional Queensland viewers would be the same as 7mate in Brisbane as BundyNelle has mentioned earlier…

    1. To be honest I’m a little tired of everytime I receive some sort of AFL info having to specifically go back and ask “and what about other states please?” I really feel like I have been covering national TV for long enough… it’s not rocket science. Has to be a better way to supply national broadcast info….

  5. I just checked the online TV guide (nine msn) and they have the Parade scheduled for 12noon on 7mate for us Brisbane-ites. If it wasn’t for these extra digital TV channels, us Bne/Qld AFL supporters would be well and truly stuffed!
