Two of the six homes in The Renovators went under the hammer last night.
The Weatherboard in Parramatta and The Shop in Marrickville were both up for public auction.
Facebook fans are already speculating as to whether the properties were sold and who final key-holders were.
Let’s not forget three of the four homes on The Block were passed in on Auction night.
The Inner-City Terrace in Glebe is auctioned at 6:30pm tonight and The Half Done House in St Peters at 8:00PM. The Fibro Cottage in Blacktown will be auctioned at 8:00PM tomorrow night.
TEN is yet to announce a finale date for the Reality series but it is tipped for the week of October 9th.
UPDATE: Despite confidentiality agreements and attendees asked to keep the outcome under wraps, the results of the first two auctions have now been revealed by Property Observer.

I am truly inspired by this show. Some stunning stuff has been done and I’ve learnt so much. Dying to buy a property to do up and sell.
I love this show, and I will be devastated if 10 don’t bring it back next year – I love watching people who are skilled and talented, don’t much opportunity for that on TV esepcially RTV.
This is such a superior show to the boring block, I have no interest in whiney couples hiring people like The Renovators.
Thanks again for the link David. Was dying to know.
read the spoiler. makes me want to watch this show for the first time during the final (as opposed to finale) week.
JB. The 60’s suburban also goes under the hammer tomorrow night at 6:30pm.
I’m also surprised that I quite like this show – if TEN had promoted this better, and it wasn’t on around the same time as The Block (which I don’t think is nearly as good) then maybe it would have got the audience it deserved. I also think the “experts” are really nice and hope they get more exposure in the future.
It will be interesting to see what they sell for and what or if any profit they’ll make on the houses.
Seems like such a long time to wait for the results between when the houses were “sold” and to when we get to see/know the results.
Lookimg forward to this to see if they all go or what they get for them.David do you have a figure you would put on the Auction show at this stage.
Caught the show for the very first time last night. Actually it was not bad!
*cringe* I hope I don’t come across any spoilers – I wonder how they expect to keep it all under wraps
…..and the 60s Suburban??? That’s my favourite property. Liked it from the start, like Nathan, like what he’s done to the house. Hope the 60s suburban comes out on top
A great show, can’t wait for the finale
