TEN News: “We seem to have gremlins in the system.”
Adelaide news presenter Belinda Heggen tried once, twice, three times to throw to a story -but the darned vision just wouldn't budge.

Yesterday sure wasn’t the best of days for TEN’s Adelaide news presenter Belinda Heggen.
After opening with a still frame (and no theme music) the video for the first story refused to play.
“We seem to be having trouble with that story. We’ll bring it to you when we can,” she said before moving to a second story.
But the vision for the second story wouldn’t roll either.
“No we apologise again to you for that delay. We’ll bring that to you when we can.”
She moved onto the third story. Still no luck.
So Heggen was forced to throw to a commercial break.
After the ads it was back to the still image once more.
“Apologies to you, we seem to have gremlins in the system this evening. We’ll try again.”
Heggen is the same presenter who attracted international attention with her on-air dig at the manhood of sports presenter Mark Aiston.

She’s shocking. What’s with signing her name at the on her scripts? I think Ten has many better than her.
That must of fired all the VTR operators – blame Murdock’s cutbacks !!!
she is hot!
Maybe Mark Aiston finally managed to break into the control room..
Whose footage was this? Looked like the stations.
So, Ten are now using MediaHub?
Belinda did a great job, just goes to show how proffesional she is. I enjoy her news reading she is by far the best in SA. I too agree that she should get an attempt on a national bulliten. As for those gremlins could it be because of those cost cuts that Lachlan made? Although i do still mis George Donikian.
Shes a very good reader. Judging by clips I’ve seen I’m over in Syd.
TEN could do alot worse than to put her nationally somewhere
Same sort of thing happened at Nine in Sydney a few weeks back.. it’s very funny when this happens but the presenters always know how to handle it…
more likely server issues
Perth news had a similar problem a few months ago. They’ve also had problems with the weather forecast for the week where the temps won’t load properly.
Publicity stunt!
Karma?
I’m sure she still looked cute through the embarrassing segment. Put her on nationally channel 10!
Very Professional. Belinda is a great news reader.
