Three of the four properties sold on The Block are now available as rental properties.
The Herald Sun reports the house renovated by Josh and Jenna’s house at 37 Cameron St, which sold for $1 million, is for rent at $1250 per week through Woodards.
Katrina and Amie’s former house at 41 Cameron St, which sold for $860,000, is listed at $950 a week through Hocking Stuart.
Polly and Waz’s renovation at 39 Cameron St, which sold for $855,000, is $995 per week through Advantage Property Consulting.
The fourth property, Rod & Tania’s house, sold for $922,000.
The series was a big hit for Nine which is proceeding with a 2012 series to be filmed at South Melboune and is expected to kick-off Nine’s ratings year.

the unofficial “winners” are Rod & Tania with $72K profit
The properties are fully furnished, so in the hideous Sydney market they would all fetch over $1000pw rent in similar areas, which of course is just Ridiculous and surely only worthwhile through corporate arrangement (ie. the company pays)… Anyway now that all properties have sold, which one made the most profit?
Anyone done a title search to see who actually owns the rentals? Any chance it’s a channel nine shelf company?
Lol $1000 a week!?
I would like the Block next year to be more Sustainable! This focus would be socially and environmentally responsible & they can educate viewers and give tips, rather than all those challenges!!
Those tenants are crazy to pay $1250 a week
A mortgage on a house worth 600k would cost you the same if not less..
Pretty sure the photo used here isn’t Josh & Jenna’s place.
Tim: No.. didn’t suggest it was.
yeh checked out the houses on the weekend…they are small
Would Never pay that much to rent one of those.
Way to small for that price.
The garage is next to useless as well.
