New episodes of Sons Of Anarchy return to Australian screens next month for the drama’s fourth season.

Showcase will play the series from late November, which began in the US earlier this month.

Sons Of Anarchy is an adrenalised drama about a notorious outlaw motorcycle club intent on protecting their sheltered small town against encroaching drug dealers, corporate developers and overzealous law officers. At the end of the third season of Sons of Anarchy, Jax Teller (Charlie Hunman), Clay Morrow (Ron Perlman), Tig (Kim Coates) and most of the other core  members of SAMCRO were incarcerated to serve out a fourteen month sentence for weapons charges. The fourth season will pick up at the end of their prison terms, when they discover that a lot has changed in their absence. Charming’s new Sheriff, Eli Roosevelt (Rockmond Dunbar) is determined to make sure that SAMCRO understand that he’s now in control of the streets. Even Clay’s close ties to the former Police Chief, Wayne Unser (Dayton Callie) can’t help the boys of SAMCRO anymore.

Monday November 21 at 8.30pm Showcase.

  1. From the description, it sounds like we’re watching season 3 on ONE (At the end of the third season … most of the other core members of SAMCRO were incarcerated to serve out a fourteen month sentence for weapons charges….
Whatever, it is now my must watch show each week.

  2. @steve – tonight’s ep is S2E10.

While Ch 10 is prob the least stable channel at the moment, I’m liking that progs that I watch on One are in the same timeslot week after week. I hope we roll on to S3 next month and don’t stop for the summer.
