Not-so-tasty Dutch TV
Two Dutch TV presenters went under the surgeon's knife -and then had a cannibalistic candlelit dinner.

Dutch Television, the place where Big Brother once emerged, as delivered another world first -eating human flesh in front of a studio audience.
Proefkonijnen hosts Dennis Storm and Valerio Zeno were filmed as they went under a local anaesthetic and a surgeon cut a piece of their muscle.
Flesh was cut from Zeno’s abdomen, and muscle was cut from Storm’s backside.
But it was the dining experience that really topped the bill, when a chef was brought in to fry their flesh on their TV show, and the two sat down opposite one another for a candlelit dinner.
Can we say “Do not attempt this at home?”

I know that if I survived a plane crash in some remote location, I would have no trouble resorting to cannibalism to avoid starvation. It would certainly be more appetising than eating any of the airline dinners…
Considering Americans always rip-off Dutch television i give them a year.

There’s another reality connection, too – Dennis Storm finished fourth on one of the Dutch seasons of The Mole. If you had have told me That would be the first reality show to give us an actual cannibal before I saw the clip, I’d have fallen off my seat (hi, Survivor!)
