Heads up for the excellent miniseries The Pacific which will have a replay on Seven from next week.
The sprawling drama will air on Wednesday nights and begins with a double episode at 9:40pm December 14.
Double eps will continue in coming weeks.
If you didn’t get a chance to see this one it’s a solid, frequently gruelling, dramatisation.

Brilliant! Best miniseries from the last 6 years and 7 months. The attention to detail is its’ strong point.
It was fairly tedious and did poorly for Seven on its first showing, probably because it’s 3 episodes too long and made the mistake of not covering the Battle of Midway, which would’ve made things a lot more interesting, but also more expensive.

Why don’t they rerun downtown abbey season 1. There are a lot of people that missed it that want to see it. 7 can use it to hype up season 2.

What about new eps of Happy endings?? Ch7 moved it to 8 last week & now it is gone?? Too many time slot changes in 3 eps, so now I can’t watch it!!!
I have to admit, this never quite grabbed me. Bits did, but I never even watched the final episode.

This was on back when Hey Hey returned and I was still really into Hey Hey. Glad to see its being replayed, I might watch it this time. But to anyone who hasn’t seen the third episode of Sherlock (which will be on at the same time) should watch that as well.
Why watch it with ads? Just get the blu-ray.
How about repeating it on 7mate on the graveyard shift for all us HD aficionados? Or heaven forbid they don’t have HD masters? Lol
This doesn’t compare with Band of Brothers, too slow for me…
I really struggled to enjoy it. Was just too slow and boring.
this should be on 7mate, I don’t have the dvd or blu-ray and would have been nice to see in HD. whats the point in having 7Mate if your not gonna show stuff like this and Band of Brothers?!
