Better Homes and Gardens returns for 2012 tonight with a celebrity makeover challenge featuring Seven stars Manu Feildel, George Houvardas and Georgie Parker.
Rob Palmer and Packed to the Rafters star George Houvardas turn a garage into the ultimate “man cave” with a unique car-bar. Tara Dennis and My Kitchen Rules host Manu Feildel transform a tired living room into a chic, French-influenced retreat. And Jason Hodges and Home and Away’s Georgie Parker update an old courtyard. Tune in and vote for your favourite!
Also in the show – Fast Ed’s birthday card cupcakes plus a healthy family meal that’s “in the bag”; save money and eat better this year as Graham Ross shows you how to create a backyard vegie patch from scratch; Dr Harry goes surfing – with some very talented mice; Karen Martini makes a mango and passionfruit summer dessert; advice on keeping our pets safe from bites and stings; and if you love lemons, see what your citrus needs now for a healthy 2012.
7:30pm Friday on Seven.

Maybe it should be called:
MHGR “My Homes & Gardens Rules”
PRHG “Packed Rafters Homes & Gardens”
BG,H&A ” Better Gardens, Home & Away”
Just plug in as much as you can without a repeat episode. Better repeat than plug in!
I didn’t watch it, but from the return of the programme and I hoped Nine’s live cricket coverage stuck it to this show when the ratings come soon.
PS. To Johanna Griggs: welcome back, but should you rename your show “Better Homes, Gardens and Crosspromotions”? That would explain Manu Fieldel on your season return episode.
