SPOILER: Two US contestants on The Biggest Loser are reported to have been axed from the show following a protest strike by contestants.
Production was halted after contestants learned that producers planned a “twist” in which former contestants were to return to the show and compete for the $250,000 grand prize.
According to TMZ, remaining contestants apparently walked off the set upon hearing the news (now that’s Reality!).
NBC is refusing to comment on the situation.
Producers are considering to use the mutiny as “a story point.”
Meanwhile, Monday’s episode of Australia’s Biggest Loser will address news that broke in January that one contestant was booted from the show for breaking the rules.

I’ve become a fan of Aussie biggest Loser over the last three seasons but can’t stand the US version.
Doesn’t that ‘twist’ happen every year?
And I really wish Bob would stop with those haircuts! He’s still incredibly handsome despite it though..
