Ricky Martin guest stars in Glee this week as a Spanish teacher (who was previously a perfect teeth model) brought into New Directions.

The kids go wild for his hot Latin flavour, and all the songs feature Latin artists including Gloria Estefan and Enrique Iglesias.

Acting isn’t new to Martin. Before he as a pop superstar, he was an actor in Mexican telenovela Alcanzar Una Estrella II (“Reach for a Star II”) and later appeared in General Hospital.

Next week will be the Valentine’s Day episode, including Mercedes’ timely performance of I Will Always Love You.
