Sky News: Queensland Election

All the details of SKY News' coverage of the Qld Election are here.

SKY News’ live coverage of  this weekend’s Queensland 2012 election begins  at 5.30am AEDT (4.30am QLD) with First Edition including live updates from reporters Celina Edmonds, Laura Jayes and Tom Connell.

Political editor David Speers will anchor the election night coverage from 4.00pm AEDT (3.00pm QLD).

As the vote count gets underway, Speers will be joined by a panel of expert commentators, including Federal Trade Minister Craig Emerson, former Howard Minister Mal Brough, Anna Bligh’s campaign strategist Bruce Hawker and Liberal powerbroker Michael Kroger.

SKY NEWS chief political reporter Kieran Gilbert will be at the Brisbane Tally Room and SKY NEWS reporters will shadow both party leaders throughout the night.

On Sunday March 25, SKY NEWS will have a special edition of Australian Agenda at 8.30am AEDT (7.30am QLD) analysing how the Queensland election result will impact on Federal politics.
