  1. If you have a smart phone then get the app, the free iPhone one is called – Timing ’12. Or just do a search.

FYI I have qualifying from 5pm local time on Saturday. The race at 5pm on Sunday. But as always extend the end in case of weather or a crash.

  2. @kaw – you have saved my sanity. I just couldn’t have sat through tose boys commentating a race – i love them all but it’s just not enough. Besiade, Rusty will loose his voice before the weekend is out anyway! 😉 Both James & Tom have been providing special comments for a while and I figured that they would continue to do so (usually pre-taped just before races so the guys can fulfill their other committments).

  3. @bettestreep2008 – what an absolutely horrible thought. That would be my worst nightmare.

Actually, Scott Cam and Catriona Rowntree, with Hot Dogs as pit reporter would prob be my worst nightmare.

  4. Crisis Averted! thought the “commentary” team looked more like the host team,…

  5. David can you confirm for the rest of season’s commentary team for F1 on One and Ten or are they going to stay with Rusty, Bairdo and Beatie as their commentary team

  6. it took them a while to realise they couldnt call the motogp but, they got it in the end why do they think they can call the f1.
“the killing years” is a must watch for any motorsport fan. you won’t see anything like this anywhere else

  7. haha ok jokes over who is really going to be the commentary team….because in this list of “commentators” (and that term is being used rather loosely to be honest) I only see one…and he isn’t really that good to begin with.

Ten: taking one step forwards and then two steps back.

  8. I really don’t care who is calling the race but the UK guys were the the best last year, mainly because they have the experience and backup on information to know what was going on.

Yay for the extended coverage on ONE, from 11am Friday after a F1 special ‘Grand Prix – The killing Years’.
