The Straits‘ Aaron Fa’aoso has received a six-month good behaviour bond following an incident at Heritage nightclub in Cairns.
A nightclub’s cash register was damaged during the incident October 16.
Fa’aoso pleaded guilty to wilful damage and disorderly conduct following the incident and agreed to repay $880.
Cairns magistrate Robert Spencer said Fa’aoso, 36 was acting “totally out of character” while Defence barrister Russell Sweet said Fa’aoso had no relevant criminal history.
A conviction was not recorded.
