9 Comments:

  1. Seven are morons. Yes i am a fan of them but to play 3 factuals before Grey’s is stupid this is to compensate Better Homes and Gardens. Seven should just put BHG back to 60 minutes. Grey’s and Housewives were doing around 100-150k better starting at 8:30pm before the change on Thursday came along. Come on Seven stop doing this. They also were winning Thursdays by bigger margins too. Yes there was an MKR episode there too but still.

The Footy Show AFL needs to axe Sam Newman after last night. I am a viewer and tuned in to find Sam Newman smoking a bloody bong and to make matters worse the other hosts were laughing. This show has become a farce and in a way the AFL and Seven should step in because its putting acid so to speak on the game. Sam Newman needs to be sacked pronto.

  2. Placing dumb shows like Medical Emergancy in front of Greys Anatomy and having it run 15 minutes over is why Grey’s has lost 200k viewers.

Glee is not crap. Only watched it last night for Woopi Goldberg.

  3. [email protected], as I have said last week the reason Desperate Housewives rates low is because Seven has extended BH&G to an hour and a half and is now showing Desperate in all states at 10:15 pm. That is way too late and most people would just record it, as is shown by the consolidated ratings for Thursdays each week, Greys Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Private Practice have been in the top 4 recorded shows on Thursdays each week since Seven extended BH&G.

  4. bettestreep2008, how has Ten destroyed Glee, Law and Order SVU and the Good Wife. I’ll give you Glee because they have shown it in many timeslots but they are now fasttracking it from the US, just two days after and showing it in it’s original timeslot, so they are trying to do right by it.

As for Law and Order SVU and Good Wife, both shows returned to the same timeslots as last year and are promoted. The fact is nothing on Ten rates outside the Biggest Loser, you just have to look at NCIS and Offspring which used to be Ten’s highest rated dramas, yet noone is watching them this year.

  5. It’s going to be interesting next week with Masterchef in the mix. I’m thinking The Block and Home and Away will both drop 100-200k

  6. bettestreep2008

Such a shame that Ten have destroyed Glee.

And L&O SVU and Good Wife.

All 3 shows were rating much higher last year but Ten appear to have just given up on them.

    Shame.
