11 Comments:

  1. Oh man the biggest loser looks hilarious 2mrw, trainers tied to contestants going back through the mud challange.
On another note the mc first look looks pretty dam good, def looks like they have gone back to the basics.

  2. Secret Squirrel

@William – so they even ran over time according to their EPG which is supposed to be minute-accurate. However, print guides, the online guide that I use (Nine’s own yourtv), and their TV advertising all had PoI starting at 9:30pm. If you want to be pedantic and call that 19 minutes late, that’s fine with me.

  3. steve sydney

Well Ch10 have done something right…

The Project between 6-7pm (in particular 6.30pm) has been a great idea thus far.

  4. jezza the first original one

@ Moanique…yeah I really like Revenge, the babes are hot and it moves along at a fair pace. I hope the quality is sustained over a couple of seasons, but if they go to a third, I am sure it will slide. Most things do and you can only have so much revenge. They may have been better calling it The Hamptons.

On a side note there are a couple of Dallas references, ie South Fork pub/hotel and the Graysons, there was a character called Mark Graison in Dallas for a couple of series

  5. Nice to see Revenge still doing well. It’s one of those shows where you can’t miss an episode or you will be left behind. I’m hooked on it.

  6. Secret Squirrel

Person of Interest didn’t do that well last night. It started 20 minutes late. I kept turning over every few minutes while I was waiting for it to start only to keep seeing that The Voice was still on.

  7. Well done to Nine! If they can pull of a win of 18%, they just may win next week especially if they hold up on Sunday and Tuesday. They will win demos and Sydney of course. With factuals, 7 will no doubt fall flat in key demos but I don’t see them do better than AGT so Nine may just pull off a bigger Monday win and a stronger Tuesday next week.

Poor Ten. They may be doing better in the early evenings with The Project, Biggest Loser and Neighbours on 11 but from 8pm, they are not so good. NCIS:LA and Hawaii 5 0 are good shows but would be better of following NCIS on Tuesdays. With TBL finale moved to Tuesday next week, it means these dramas will finish this month. There are only 3 or 4 episodes left so Ten must be planning something to fill the gap. One and Eleven didn’t help much last night.

  8. jezza the first original one

Stunning result for the Voice and ch9. I have not watched it as I am not a great fan of singing contests, but you simply cannot ignore those numbers. Ch10 were destroyed

  9. So much for the theory that people would stop watching The Voice when the blind auditions ended. Although it still may trail off a bit until the final.

Revenge is gaining about 300,000 time-shifted viewers for Ch7 in the 5 city metro ratings.
    Week 16 Preliminary 1,114,000
    Week 16 Consolidated 1,409,000
