The Project returns to its Melbourne studio this week to find Sesame Street’s Elmo and Cookie Monster, joining Carrie Bickmore, Dave Hughes, Andrew Rochford and Steve Price at the desk tonight.
Celebrating the 42nd season of Sesame Street, this is Cookie Monster’s first ever visit to Australia.

On Tuesday night, comedian Wil Anderson drops by to talk about his latest comedy show and we’ll cross to Sam Mac at the launch of the MasterChef pop-up restaurant in Sydney. Three time World Boxing Champion, Danny “The Green Machine” Green joins us at the desk on Wednesday night to talk about his upcoming stoush with Danny Santiago and we’ll go inside Circus Oz, Australia’s most famous circus troupe, in the lead up to their 35th birthday.
Chrissie Swan joins us at the desk on Thursday and we’ll wrap up the week with the delightful Julia Zemiro to talk about the current Rockwiz tour.
