TEN premieres a US dramedy House of Lie$ which follows a group of management consultants who stop at nothing to get business deals done.

The cast includes Josh Lawson, Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell.

Based on the book House of Lies: How Management Consultants Steal Your Watch and Then Tell You the Time, written by Martin Kihn, this is a Showtime series which premiered in the US in January. It has already been renewed for a second season.

“The Gods Of Dangerous Financial Instruments”
Marty & The Pod travel to New York to justify their year-end bonuses as the financial world around them burns; meanwhile Marty makes an enemy of Greg Norbert, MetroCapital’s number two executive.

It premieres 9:40pm Monday August 20th.

NB: note to TEN, you have the Nurse Jackie cast listed in the synopsis for this one….

  1. Anyone know what happened with TEN airing this show? In all the print copies it was supposed to start last night, but obviously the Shire was moved to the timeslot instead. When will TEN air it?

  4. Kirsten Bell and Josh Lawson are two incentives, plus the rest of the case are great that i know of and it is a different setting to most shows, so may give it a go, if I rememebr to programm it in 2 9.40pm on a Monday…..

  5. I’d be keen to watch this simply for Kristen Bell (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Veronica Mars, Heroes). Hopefully Ten don’t pull it after a few episodes like they did with The Finder

  6. Watched a few eps and enjoyed it, but never got around to finishing. Knowing Ten have it I prob should have just watched it myself. How long it will be at 9.40 Monday??
