    @MuchoTB – I hardly think two comments constitutes a fixation. I was simply responding to your apparent disposition for misrepresenting statistical data.

  2. @Secret Squirrel: This is the second day in a row you’ve posted odd and personal statements in reply to my comments on these ratings threads. I think it’s time you dropped your weird fixation with me and moved on

  3. Ten had success with New Girl and Homeland early in the year on Sunday night and Masterchef and PB have done well. While they are doing badly at moment and it is hard to see what they can do all of the networks have gone through bad spells and recovered.

    It was Channel 10 that originally had success with BB and Idol in PG slots against 7 &9. And My Kitchen Rules was a response to the success of Masterchef.

  4. Don’t Tell the Bride would obviously appeal to women aged from 25-50 or so wouldn’t it? And no-one else.

    I Will Survive isn’t going to be a hit with the teenage or (straight) male audiences.

    Ten need shows that actually appeal to the majority of people. Good to see them having a go with new ideas and programs, but it seems like they are just doomed to fail.

    Time to bring back Australian Idol?

    @MuchoTB – wrong end of the stick again. More like half a million people preferred to stay with XF as opposed to them simply giving UB the flick. Still, I’m glad that it gives you so much amusement.

  6. (1) the constant screaming on the X Factor, is terrible! I want to hear the amazing talent but most of the time I cant hear the singer because of the over the top screaming from the audience.
    (2) I watched some of that Q & A last night, the show is so predictable, you can tell exactly what each of their guests are going to say! it might as well just be scripted.
    (3) TEN should just become a 24hour new channel!

  7. A fantastic result for The X Factor: Australia and for Channel Seven. What a sizable gap between Seven and Nine.

    @ MuchoTB, I concur with you. The X Factor is a billion times better than The Voice. I see the album of the winner of the latter crash and burn fast to the point where it’s already part of music retailer Sanity’s 3 for $40 combo deal but even worse, I got a free copy sent to me from 2Day FM. You don’t want to know what I did with it.

  8. @dsavage – Well the “total overhaul” last night didn’t do anything for TEN. Not one program as per printed guide last night, apparently.
    Caught a few minutes of what seemed to be someone’s wedding home movie between X-Factor and Media Watch. Ugh!
    Oh, dare one say it again. TEN beaten soundly by ABC1 and by ABC Total.

  9. Major problems for TEN. Think their new Chief Sales Officer & CEO will need some Nurofen to deal with the headaches they are both dealing with. Seriously they need to lift their game.

  10. Lol @ the 500k drop for Underbelly Badness. Half a million people obviously thought it wasn’t worth coming back for episode 2.

    Good to see XF doing well, they had some great auditions last night. IMO it is a much better show than The Voice. Better judges and superior talent

  11. Alarm bells must be ringing at Channel Ten by now…? Dont tell the bride didnt even get half of what X factor or Big Brother pulled last night. The whole schedule needs a overhaul.
