Very much looking forward to the fifth and final season of Damages which airs on the new SoHo channel from next week (the channel replaces W).

The cast this season includes Ryan Phillippe, Jenna Elfman, Janet McTeer, John Hannah, Chris Messina, Judd Hirsch, M. Emmett Walsh, Victor Garber, William Sadler, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Gillian Alexy and Zachary Booth.

The fifth and final season of the series, which has been nominated for nineteen Emmy Awards, centres on the timely and controversial subject of government and corporate transparency, focusing on how the ever-changing digital landscape shapes the way in which information is obtained and shared.

9:00pm Thursday August 23 on SoHo.

  1. I’ve seen the first five episodes and IMO this season is a lot better than season four. Faster pace and better casting. Ryan Phillippe does a great job playing the smarmy Julian Assange type character
