ABC NEWS 24 will mark the 10th Anniversary of the Bali bombing with a live broadcast of memorial events on Friday, 12 October. All times are in AEDT.

Live Bali Service – The Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park in Jimbaran Bali. Prime Minister Gillard and Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhyono will be joined by opposition leader Tony Abbott, former PM John Howard, Indonesian and international guests and more than 5,000 Australians to pay tribute to the 202 victims of the Bali bombings including the 88 Australians who died.

Bali Remembered: Out of the Darkness – ABC NEWS 24 in association with ABC1 will run a half-hour news special, including interviews with relatives of the victims and survivors. It will include special interviews with the key players including John Howard, Mick Keelty and Alexander Downer.

It will also look back at the impact on Bali, the justice system and the war on terror (also replayed at 10:30 pm AEDT Sunday 14th October on ABC NEWS 24)
