  1. It’s a double episode of House of Lies now.

Californication has been dropped. I noticed that Ten were having to edit and censor bits to meet the ACMA’s standards. Maybe the censor was one of the positions axed.

With The Newsroom, The Glades and Black Mirror finished and Nikita gone from Mondays I will not have to watch anything.

  2. House of Lies was intended as a stop gap until the new episodes of Hawaii 5-O were available. It isn’t that great and would struggle to rate 400k in the current climate. They have too many new shows failing already.

So instead they will add to the congestion late on Monday night and hope that results in a few more people watching Hawaii 5-O rather than recording it.

My question is what are Ten going to do with the last nine episodes of The Finder which was dumped for House of Lies?

  3. I was looking forward to watching this, and I agree that Monday night is already packed full of things to watch. Luckily they repeat Four Corners and Media Watch ( or iView) and I have enough recording capacity for everything else.

  4. This was acclaimed as the Show of the Week in SMH’s Guide when originally scheduled on TEN back in August.

Agree with Jar B – why waste it so late on a already congested Monday night?

Does this decision have anything to do with the Research Expert leaving the building…?
