Returning: CSI. Getaway: update

Nine revamps Thursdays next month with Getaway and CSI.

Nine is already winning Thursdays but there will be changes following the end of Big Brother.

Getaway, which is facing speculation about its end, will return to its former timeslot of 7:30pm Thursdays from November 8.

Hosted by Jason Dundas & Natalie Gruzlewski. The team reveals their favourite destinations after 20 years of travelling the globe. Stories include Jason in Santorini; Catriona in the Cook Islands and Jennifer Hawkins in Bora Bora.

It will be followed by the return of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.

With D.B. Russell’s granddaughter still missing, he leads the CSI team on a dangerous hunt to discover her whereabouts and attempt to rescue her.

8:30pm Thursday November 8th.

  1. @Josh777 I don’t believe Nine showed the season 12 finale, I think the slot was taken over by the NRL Footy Show after Ep 21 about the truck race bombing.

  2. This what one user wrote on the Mediaspy forums:

Getaway celebrates its 20th anniversary with a return to the show’s traditional Thursday 7.30pm slot on November 8.

Double CSI follows at 8.30pm starting with the season 12 finale. The season 13 premiere episode is fast-tracked at 9.30pm.

  3. @ David – from the CSI episode synopses it sounds like the first episode of season 13, but I haven’t seen the finale for season 12 (episode 22). Do you know if it was shown by WIN in NSW? I have found lately (mainly with Person of Interest and 2 Broke Girls) can be delayed and I don’t know whether they still have an episode to show or whether I just missed it.
