2013-01-16_1846ABC is set to screen Adam Hills’ UK show The Last Leg.

Originally created for the London Paralympics, the show has developed into a series in its own right with co-hosts Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker.

This is an 8x30min series which begins on Sunday February 17.

ABC1 recently screened his Last Leg special on the 2012 year.

During the 2012 Paralympic Games, Adam, alongside co-hosts Josh Widdicombe and Alex Brooker, won fans and critical acclaim for their unique take on the event on British television. Now they return to provide the same intelligent and alternative commentary on the significant moments of the past seven days. They will pull out the hidden gems, and give us weird and wonderful stories to enjoy as they celebrate what makes Britain so unique.

A live studio audience and celebrity guests will join Adam, Alex and Josh on the ‘Last Leg’ sofa. Each week they will ask the all-encompassing question that brought so much attention through the Paralympic Games: Is It OK? Viewers at home and in the studio audience will be encouraged to ask this question about anything from the week, without fear of judgement. Our three hosts will attempt to step into the minefield of sometimes difficult and delicate areas and answer the curly questions with their own unique insight.

The Last Leg also includes live studio challenges and recorded segments, including Alex Brooker continuing his quest to be a participant in the 2016 Paralympics in Rio.

The studio-based discussions will be lively, and the opinions offered up warm and wholly original, as the regular panel and celebrity guests wrap up the last seven days with their very particular take on ‘The Last Leg’.

Sunday February 17 at 9.45pm on ABC1 (Sundays at 9.30pm from February 24).
