And here’s an extended look at the next series from David E. Kelley, Monday Mornings.

Based on a novel by Sanjay Gupta, it centres around medical staff who are called to meetings on Mondays to account for their cases from the preceding week.

Alfred Molina takes a role that seems to resemble a judge and jury, and the cast also features Jamie Bamber, Jennifer Finnigan, Bill Irwin, Sarayu Rao, Ving Rhames, Keong Sim and Emily Swallow.

10 episodes have been ordered by cable network TNT and it premieres in the US in February.

  1. David E Kelley is one of the most inexhaustible producers in Hollywood. “Monday Mornings” is a change of scenery from his usual offerings. Like other viewers, I’ve loved almost every television programme he has produced.

TNT is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Studios which means it will air on Nine as part of their output deal unless they on-sell it to Foxtel.

  2. Looks good buit then again I have been a fan of his for years “Boston Public” “Picket Fences” to name just two. Now if TEN , or Seven, or Nine, oh sorry they are more into talent shows and contrived reality shows to show quality drama, but there are exceptions to the rule TEN with “HomeLand” very surprised that it kept the same timeslot week after week, must have been an oversight!

  3. Video is not coming up for me but I have seen the previews and it looks good. Interesting concept that might be different from other medical shows. Any chance of Foxtel showing it express from the us?
