Hit melodrama Revenge returns to Seven in just over a week’s time.
Seven is certainly front-loading its schedule with plenty of big titles this year.
In the wake of last summer’s events in the Hamptons and with the ante even higher, what will Emily’s next move be? Will she be able to manage her heart and keep her emotions from getting in the way of her resolve to avenge her father?
8:45pm 4th February on Seven.

Season 1 was fantastic and I agree it has lost something in Season 2.
There is only so many times you can get revenge on people!
Think it’s time to put Revenge to bed after this season, unfortunately!
Cant wait for season 2. Love this show.
You can only have so much revenge. US shows always get bogged down when they stretch out a limited premise. Why is anyone the slightest bit surprised….durrr
S2 is okay but I agree it’s lost something, maybe it will pay off in the final?
Cool so it’s not just me that has really lost interest in season 2. There’s been a few decent eps but nothing close to the awesomeness of season 1.
Revenge started in ratings week 2012.
But in the week before ratings MKR, Please Marry My Boy, New Girl, Homeland, Biggest Loser, The Straits were all on.
And a lot of stuff like Grey’s Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, CSI, The Good Wife were also on in primetime before they moved to later slots later in the week.
Bones, Castle, Modern Family, The Force, Border Security were all at the top of the ratings and not listed as repeats.
With the networks struggling to find top rating content and repeats rating less well, they are starting less new stuff early this year. .
Didn’t 7 start MKR and Revenge before ratings in 2012?
Ten definitely started New Girl and Homeland early which worked well for them.
And it will give Seven 7 weeks before Easter, The School Holidays and The Voice start causing problems.
@DanR: Yep, it’s been very hard to hold in there. However it looks to be finally finding it’s groove again.
@DanR – if people watch Home and Away or PTTR no matter what, they’ll watch this.
Season 2 is all over the shop story-line wise and is a bit of a mess. I don’t see this being anywhere near the ratings powerhouse it was for Seven last year.
