Q & A host Tony Jones MC’d the event, while speakers included Managing Director Mark Scott, Director of News and Current Affairs Kate Torney, Director of ABC Radio Kate Dundas, Screentime’s Bob Campbell and Controller of Children’s TV Tim Brooke-Hunt.

Guests from the production industry attending included Screentime’s Des Monaghan, Southern Star’s John Edwards, Matchbox’s Chris Oliver-Taylor and Debbie Lee, Sticky Pictures’ Donna Andrews, Essential Media’s Ian Collie and Chris Hilton, Screen Australia’s Fiona Cameron, Ross Mathews, Chapman Films’ Jan Chapman, Token Management’s Kevin Whyte, Blackwattle Films’ Peter Butt, Bombora Films and TV’s Paul Clarke, Beyond International’s Mikael Borglund, AFTRS’ Sandra Levy, Jotz Productions’ Tom Zubrycki, GFN Productions’ Catriona Hughes and Heiress Films’ Jennifer Cummins.

From the ABC, The Chaser‘s Andrew Hansen, Julian Morrow, Chris Taylor and Dom Knight turned out, as well as 7.30 host Leigh Sales, and large array of ABC staff and senior management.

Dalton leaves after seven years into the role, but will continue in a consultancy role on select projects. ABC is  currently searching for a new head of its television network.
