Australian premiere property shows on LifeStyle also include Double Your House For Half The Money & A Place in the Sun.

2013-02-25_1059Next month The LifeStyle Channel unveils a slew of  Australian premiere property titles including Grand Designs UK, Sarah Beeny’s Double Your House for Half the Money, A Place in the Sun: Home or Away, Escape to the Country and Secret Removers.

As part of “Property Month” new episodes of Selling Houses Australia and Phil Spencer: Secret Agent also continue.

Design expert Kevin McCloud returns to present the long-awaited new season of Grand Designs UK. This iconic series charts the in-depth process and harsh realities of ambitious design projects, with budgets, deadlines and emotions pushed beyond their limit. Australian premiere Thursday, March 7 at 8.30pm.

In the latest offering from Sarah Beeny, Double Your House For Half The Money, Sarah shows families how to double the space in their homes for half the cost of trading up to a bigger property – helping people achieve their property dreams without breaking the bank in these recession-hit times. Australian premiere Monday, March 4 at 8.30pm.

In the new season of A Place in the Sun: Home or Away, property experts Jonnie Irwin and Jasmine Harman provide the know-how to people facing the dilemma of whether to buy in the UK or abroad, with more fantastic properties and locations on offer than ever before. Australian premiere Friday, March 8 at 9.30pm.

Escape to the Country returns to follow couples wanting to leave city life behind and relocate to the country. The couples are shown four different properties, but they can only pick two to visit in person. Australian premiere episodes weeknights from March 18 at 10.30pm.

The hit sixth season of Selling Houses Australia with property expert, Andrew Winter, interior designer, Shaynna Blaze, and landscape designer, Charlie Albone tackles some of the most extreme challenges and biggest makeovers ever. Continuing in March, they meet Bob the boilermaker with his penthouse apartment in Darwin that looks like a remand centre with a roof top prison exercise yard. And comedian, Akmal Saleh and his wife Catie, who’s very expensive dreams of living an idyllic alternative lifestyle in the Byron Shire hinterland, turn into a wilderness nightmare. Premiere episodes, Wednesdays at 8.30pm.

The second season of Phil Spencer: Secret Agent continues in its new timeslot of Tuesday at 9.30pm. Property expert Phil Spencer comes to the rescue of desperate homeowners who can’t move on because their homes won’t sell. Needing to sell up but unable to find a buyer, these owners can’t understand where they’re going wrong. Phil Spencer, Secret Agent, is the man to tell them – they just don’t know it yet! Starting his undercover mission, he secretly gathers information about the property before meeting the owners and revealing the brutal truth and then helping them change this.
